Patients have the option to pay using cash, card, or check at the time of service.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Calling the office phone number and leaving a message with your name, DOB, town, what you need to be seen for, and call back number. Likewise, patients have the option to text the office for appointments as well.
There is also the online support tool on the website.
WHEN CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are offered 7 days a week. Contact us to schedule an appointment. Same-day appointments based on availability.
WHAT TOWNS DO YOU SERVICE?
The most beautiful part is we are mobile! We are based in Windham, NH, and service surrounding areas. Special arrangements can be made for visits over one hour away.
WHAT SERVICES ARE INCLUDED WITH A HOME CARE VISIT?
A fully licensed medical provider will go over a physical exam, order testing as necessary, and prescribe medication to your pharmacy as needed
